Scooby the Pitbull @ 5 months

3 months ago, we bought this Pitbull puppy from a breeder who has approximately 100 over Pitbulls in his ''dog farm'. At least it is clean and the dogs are not caged up like chickens in an egg farm. But I realised that most of the Pitbulls were suffering from some sort of skin problem. Looks painful but no flesh wound at sight. Patches of fur missing and chicken pox like skin on the underside of the body.

I saw the puppy I wanted and he had a crooked tail but its bent in a really cute way where his ass now looks squarish when his tail is down. First month, we spend weekends taking him to the vet to him immunised and checked on for his skin condition. The vet advices that the breed has a lot of skin related problems are their immunity against skin diseases are very low. (Sigh!) Poor puppy has chicken pox like scabs on the half end towards its hind legs. Gave him medication and changed its diet to Salmon + Rice doggie food. He got better.

However in the second month, he started having diarrhea a few times a day. Figured it could be the food or the treats that we bought so we stopped giving it to see if it'll stop. 4 days later, still the same so we decided to take him in to the vet again. The vet doesn't have a clue what happened but gave it drips and it was better. On the way out of the clinic, he squirted all over the floor and it seriously looked like 'shark's fin' broth.

Gave it the meds and 2 days later it was shitting rocks again!

Now after 3 months, we have an insane dog in the house that shits bricks everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone is interested in getting a pitbull puppy/dog in Kuala Lumpur, do drop a message and I shall advice where to go as apparently I can't get a license for this dog and was not told by the breeder nor the VET! Good job. Just have to train it not to 'hate' strangers.
