Grand Lexis @ Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan

Getaway weekend! Got the night at Corporate Rates for about RM685nett. Booked the Executive Pool Villa which was a chalet on water. Funny that I still think about this resort.

2 King Size Beds (Should fit 4 people nicely)
2 Robes, slippers, toothbrush, cups, plates, bowls, fork & spoon, towels.
2 Breakfast coupong (An additional was like RM70+ I think and guess what? My 2 mates came back and had instant noodles cause they commented that the breakfast was below standards and tasteless or overly seasoned. I'll stick to the Nescafe coffee which also only had 2 packs.)

Imagine if a family of 4 booked this room, they would have to pay extra to eat gross food and share everything else like towels and cups.

Everything else was pretty good, good bed and big pillows, clean, smells alright, pool was very clean except for the Big Resort pool (the water was murky as below pics) .

There are many activities like a small playground which we trashed as well. Cycling, bla bla bla, the usual stuff. Even read of people fishing out of their balconies.

We went up to the reception to get a spare keycard and one of the Staff, a Chinese chic was pretty rude. She killed it for me. If you don't feel like working on that day, stay at home. You're in the service line, where is your skills? Forgot her name.

As we all know, PD is not a Beach place, its more like a getaway from the City of KL and its the nearest resort area. The sea is as disgusting as ever. Never got better ever since the first time i've visited.

http://www.grandlexispd.com/ used to De Legend or something Legend.

Classy! Who's idea was it to bring a rice cooker from the stone age?
I thought we were over packing for a night. But I saw other guests bringing cartons of beer, containers of wine glasses, induction cookers, stereo hi-fi set, speakers, their own sun beds, pots, pans, and many great things. It must be a popular family gathering spot.

Poor buggy driver had to hold onto the alcohol while driving. Dangerous!!! u better hold on to that tightly.
Great cause you don't need to walk freaking far to the Lobby or other places. Just dial 5!!!
Sorry for trashing the place.

Do you know what you are looking at? It's one of those see thru glass for you to look at the sea. Looks like roasted milk tea with fly pearls.
2 King Size beds

I have not seen that green rice cooker for many many years. Some posh steamboat with salmon.
Serious scenery

Something refreshing from all the brown
Something bright and bursting with life
To the true facts of our ocean and beaches...KK was like that, PD is too.
Now you know why the buggy service is a must have!
Archery for the sharp shooters
Buggy charged! A TNB substation powered.

Another pic of that disgusting see thru glass.

The private pool. All you need is one kick to reach the other end.
4 crazy friends to make everything else better.

One of the rows.

She's not too keen on this.

Saw the price and ran.
Murky Resort Pool. Go swim in your own private one instead!

Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru @ Kota Kinabalu

Solemnization rooms
Venue for the PDRM dinner. Got to take a peak before the event started.
The view from the Sunset Bar
Sunset Bar, for some romantic cuddling. Was quoted RM1,500 per hour extension out of ordinary business hours.
The Bridal bed
The room entrance is kinda squishy. One at a time... Little hard to have the couple walk out together.
Duh!
Dunny hiding on the left.
The Balcony...if you have the chance to use it.
Spacious balcony, but the weather is a bit too hot for guests to be out there.
That's the main entrance with a powder room....and men in bras drinking coffeesoysauce
The living/lounging area.

Pacific Sutera Resort @ Kota Kinabalu

The pool area is filled with people.
 The docks

3/5 stars....Grilled fish was dry ass 3 for the wedges and random fries in it.
Finally a decent place since the whole trip.

 Lol! the dunny
The golf course on the left.
I promise you a burning tan.
The mini beach front is quite dirty...as you can see...its all junk like plastic toys, bottles, McD cups and other random shit.
Would love to be there now.
