How do you control anger and frustration?

1) Think of something else?
2) Focus on an alternative?
3) Screw it and just do what you want to do?
4) Shutup and listen to other's advice?
5) Calm the **** down and think realistically?
6) Continue throwing tantrums until you get over it?
7) Just let it be?
8) Think positively in the sense of worthiness and impact on life?
9) Kill the source?
10) Try not destroying yourself with destructive emotions?


My solution for now...go to bed and sleep over it.
