Happy Birthday to my dear buddy who turns ahem *XX* years old. (Hint: count the candles).
Wishing him a blessed life with a prospect for a great partner...he has too much money.
Hope that his driving skills improve on the go-kart track.
Hope Liverpool wins more for his happiness.
May his PS3 and Zynga games never die on him again.
May he get a bigger phone so that he doesn't have to squint his already small chinky eyes even more to read...wait you cant read anime...browse?
May you get more and more cars in your garage.
May your health be at an acceptable level.
May your hair follicles give you a break and start working harder.
May you win a coupon for nail filing and buffing.
May you get what you wish for.
So, we went to the new Scott Garden. First instance, I don't really like this place. The carpark is far from the main entrance. Had to walk quite a bit from Mongkok cafe. But that's just a small matter. What caught my attention was the scenes below.
I heard that this place was behind schedule for opening therefore, before completion they open up this place for business. Doesn't matter either. But why put people's life in such a dangerous position. The crane up there is still in operation for the other section of the building. If I am not wrong, it will cross over at some point, the void area of where people walk about.
There is a live band going on below where they placed a large ass netting. Looks rather flimsy in my opinion. Maybe you can catch a falling person. But how do you catch a falling block of concrete if it slips and falls right into the open area. Is this asking for another 'Damas' case?
When it rains, the whole void area become wet + its a little man made pond/river/wtf water feature. Floor gets slippery.
Above mentioned crane. With LIGHTS!!! |
As if netting will stop concrete from falling onto someone's head. Crazy! |
WTF walkway. Seriously, its so small that if someone decides to open the door out, it will smack your face if you were walking by. Hmm! Maybe no next time. |
